Felice Gersh, MD
Felice Gersh, MD is a truly unique blend of a Princeton University and USC educated physician, double Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Integrative Medicine, who has completed the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona School of Medicine. Dr. Gersh has been the recipient of numerous awards. Among her many accolades, she has been named a Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association for the past 14 years, and a SuperDoctor of Southern California for the past several years as well. She is a member of the elite Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, and was named Outstanding Attending Faculty at Keck -USC Medical School, where she taught surgery for over a dozen years. She is the busiest of physicians – constantly lecturing practitioners nationally and internationally and directing a highly successful integrative medical group practice in Irvine, California.
Karen Sinclair Drake, Strategic Development, R&D
You could say Karen Sinclair Drake has always been a designer. She began her career by studying Innovation Design Engineering and Contemporary Design while attending the same design school as iconic British fashion designer, Dame Zandra Rhodes. Later in life, she was honored with membership in two prestigious organizations: Society of Cosmetic Scientists and The Institute of Functional Medicine. Since then, she has become a recognized expert in the area of clean, green beauty and skin microbiome. She has received a US patent for a new acne treatment using clinically-tested plant-based prebiotics and her book SKINISMS is the first book ever written on the subject of skin microbiome. Raja Sivamani, MD, MS (Bioengineering), AP (Ayurvedic Practitioner) Board Certified - Dermatology
Dr. Raja Sivamani is a board-certified dermatologist and practices as an integrative dermatologist at Pacific Skin Institute. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at the University of California, Davis and Director of Clinical Research and the Clinical Trials Unit. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at the California State University, Sacramento. He engages in clinical practice as well as both clinical and translational research that integrates bioengineering, nutrition, cosmetics, and skin biology. With training in both Allopathic and Ayurvedic medicine, he takes an integrative approach to his patients and in his research. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed research manuscripts, 10 textbook chapters, and a textbook entitled Cosmeceuticals and Active Cosmetics, 3rd Edition with a passion for expanding the evidence and boundaries of integrative medicine for skin care.
Neil Sandhu, M.D., FAAD
Neil Sandhu, MD, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist (ABD) and is the medical director for Daystar Skin and Cancer Center. Dr. Sandhu served as Chief Resident at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. His training puts him at the cutting-edge in cosmetic dermatology and skin cancer surgery. Dr. Sandhu is also trained in cosmetic procedures including BOTOX and filler injections, chemical peels, and photorejuvenation. Dr. Sandhu attended the University of Wisconsin; where he graduated Summa Cum Laude before going on to attend the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health, where he again graduated at the top of his class. Dr. Sandhu has authored multiple scientific articles, including one focusing on the use of laser procedures in dermatology. He is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society of Mohs Surgery and has written multiple peer-reviewed research papers.
Stan Headley, N.D., M.D.
Dr. Stan Headley is a board certified naturopathic physician, who also graduated with a doctorate of medicine in 1991 from Spartan Health Sciences University and is fluent in Spanish. He has more than twenty years of experience specializing in Lifestyle and Natural Medicine and is a long-standing member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Naturopathic Medical Association, American College of Clinical Thermology, the Coalition for Natural Health, and serves as Director of Natural Medicine for Healthy at Work. Dr. Headley has played an instrumental role in growing successful anti-aging medical practices, implementing natural medicines into compounding pharmacies, while also serving as medical director for two international nutritional companies. He was previously a health advisor for one of the world’s leading science-based supplement companies in Life Extension Foundation, and chief medical officer for an industry leader in homeopathic medicinals in Vaxa International.
Victoria Farley, MD
Dr. Victoria Farley, is a board certified dermatologist who is dedicated to providing compassionate quality care for patients. She is a Diplomate, American Board of Dermatology, Fellow, American Academy of Dermatology. Residency in Dermatology and Internal Medicine from University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston Texas. Currently in private practice in Las Vegas Nevada. Her passion is being able to treat patients for something on the outside that makes them feel better on the inside.
Dr. Rak grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan, attending Michigan State University as an undergraduate. While there, he did extensive research in chemistry: writing a paper, with Milton R Smith III, in one of the top journals in the field and working two internships with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He then went to graduate school at the University of Washington, working on a project to store hydrogen for the hydrogen car under the direction of co-advisors D. Michael Heinekey and Forrest Michael. Following his master’s degree, he started medical school at Bastyr University where he performed research on Parkinson’s Disease with Laurie Mischley, presenting a poster at the Parkinson’s World Congress. During this time, he worked on multiple projects in collaboration with a founder of Bastyr, Joseph Pizzorno, including contributions to (the textbook) Clinical Environmental Medicine. He has also worked in consulting for supplement companies.
