Subscriptions, Refunds, Shipping
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is placed we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours after the first business day the order was received Monday – Friday.
Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays and weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping rates are charged on a flat rate basis.
Ground Shipping – FREE
Priority Mail – $35.00
Priority – $35.00 for all orders (allow about 5-8 business days)
Express – $50.00 for all orders (allow about 9-15 business days)
Sales tax may be charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
We use these authorized carriers to deliver Derm.One orders:
Tracking information is provided by our warehouse. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have a tracking available.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
In the unlikely event there is any damage to the product(s) or a shortage, please detail your problem thoroughly by contacting us immediately quoting your order number at 800-215-9781 or via email at email@example.com. If your claim is not made within seven days of delivery, you have deemed to accept the order as is.
On most items retail customers can save 15% when they select Subscriptions. These can be amended, or cancelled at anytime in your account.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of order date. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. To return an item follow the directions below:
- Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know you’d like to return an order. You will need your order number details, name and shipping address to begin the return process.
- Download the Return Authorization Form
- Once you have your RMA number, complete the form, enclose it with your order items and reseal the box and send to the address below. Please ensure the RMA number is also displayed on the outside of the shipping carton. We cannot process a return without a completed RMA form.
- Drop your return at any these authorized carriers; USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL and email email@example.com the tracking number.

- Once we receive your return, we will happily exchange your item(s) or provide you with a refund, minus shipping and handling. Refunds may be settled within 10 business days to the same payment method used to pay for the order. We only accept and process a return of products purchased directly from Derm.One.
Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:
If product is damaged or defective you are responsible for contacting us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and happily send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by Customer Service in writing. We will inspect the damaged product upon receipt.
In the event a shipment doesn’t arrive at the address specified for the order, or your order was incomplete, you must report this within ten (10) business days from the purchase date to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any item returned after 60 days of order date is not eligible for refund.
